🔑 Who Can See Your Data
Access to data inside Veld is strictly role-based:

| Player | Own profile, stats, evaluations, messages |
| Coach | Own team(s), players, reports, evaluations |
| Sporting Director | All club teams, all coaches, club reports, club evaluations |
| Club Admin | All club data, teams, reports, organization settings |
🛡️ Extra Protection for Minors
Players under 18 years old receive additional privacy protections:
- Their profile is never visible in the Marketplace
- Other users cannot search for or find them
- Only their coach and club staff can see their data
- Their identity is protected across all features
⚖️ Your Privacy Rights
Control your visibility. Change your marketplace visibility anytime in Settings → Privacy. You can hide your profile completely or limit who sees it.
Delete your account. You can request account deletion in the app under Settings → About. Your account and data will be permanently removed within 30 days.
Request your data. Email hello@veld-hockey.com to request a copy of your data or clarification on what we store.
