By accessing and using Veld, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by these terms, please do not use this service.
📱 Description of Service
Veld is a field hockey platform designed for players, coaches, and clubs. Our service enables:
- Team management and player tracking
- Video analysis and performance feedback
- Match statistics and training logs
- Communication and team messaging
- Profile creation and marketplace visibility
👤 User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your device. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify Veld immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
🚫 Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Veld for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the service. Prohibited activities include:
- Harassment, bullying, or abuse of other users
- Spam, unsolicited messages, or promotional content
- Impersonation or misrepresentation of identity
- Uploading malware or harmful content
- Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the system
📄 Content
You retain all rights to any content you upload, including photos, videos, stats, and messages. By uploading content to Veld, you grant Veld a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, use, and distribute your content within the platform to enable our services. You represent that you own or have the necessary rights to the content you submit.
🚀 Subscriptions & Service Changes
Access to Veld is subject to the subscription plan applicable to your account. Paid subscriptions purchased through the Apple App Store are billed and auto-renewed through your Apple ID account, and can be managed or cancelled at any time in your App Store account settings. Renewal is charged within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. Features and functionality may change, be added, or be removed. We may introduce new features or premium subscriptions at any time. Your continued use of Veld constitutes acceptance of these changes.
⛔ Termination
Veld may, in its sole discretion, terminate your account and access to the service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Reasons for termination may include, but are not limited to, violation of these terms, unlawful activity, or abusive behavior toward other users.
⚖️ Limitation of Liability
Veld is provided on an "as-is" basis without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Veld disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Veld shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.
🌍 Governing Law
These terms of service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Belgium, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Belgium.
